"Graded attendance that is only taken once a week feels like a cruel trick, especially when I miss one day of class for the week but show up to the other, because I will be getting no credit for being there at least one time. Heeyoung Lee is a fantastic instructor, he takes great care to read the mood of the room and the students to tell if the day ought wrap up earlier or if we are all focused. His slides are pretty wordy but that's okay, because he doesn't speak straight off the slides but instead synthesizes the information to be communicated verbally. I would recommend him as a sociology instructor and will look to take a class with him again in the future."

"Overall the class and the instructor were what I expected them to be. I found that Lee was very open to the suggestions of his students which I found to be very refreshing.
